I Have the exact same problem when doing this, I just tried to do as much as I can and build myself up, this started with me only going about half way down then back up again and kept trying until I could go the whole way down and then more than one. Thanks for this, I have read in other places that inputting it on the cardio is not very accurate, so I was worried I would over or under eat.

With Protein shakes are they not very high in calories?

Thanks for all the ideas, I'm going to give a few of them a go :) I've read so many times that eating breakfast is the best for you so I just thought I would start small and work my way into it.

Clothes can be a good way for some, but alot of my clothes are stretchy so whether im big or small they still fit.

Thanks for your post, I think the only reason I don't weigh myself more throughout the day is that I read the most accurate time to weigh yourself is when you wake up. before you have eaten or drunk anything. I know your weight is meant to change around 3lbs from the morning to the night so I really don't want to…
