    First Picture 1.83m and 180.4kg, Final one 1.85m and 113.8kg (yes, I grew 2 whole cm's as the weight stopped compressing all the joints!)

    Wow! How many months after you lost the 100 lbs?

    It took about 9m to go from 218 to 123 and the rest kinda came off while I was trying to adjust my maintenance calories.

    Took me six months of heavy lifting 4 x week and eating at a 500 cal deficit, but I'm at my original goal weight.
