Just took my one year progress pics. When I took my first progress pics after 14 lbs down, 6 weeks into these changes, the result was the pic on the left.
Fast forward 12 months later and over 375 continuous days on MFP and this is me today. It's amazing that total weight loss is only 36 lbs in the last 12 months, but I am happy with the difference (even if I don't look very happy in either pic).
5'10" - starting 263 lbs (my guess at the time), today 213 lbs.

Took me six months of heavy lifting 4 x week and eating at a 500 cal deficit, but I'm at my original goal weight.
And after two kids and 15 years, I fit into my high school prom dress!

How did you get so much taller? I'm thinking that might work better for me. I'd rather gain some inches in height as opposed to losing these last 10 pounds.0 -
Me: 5'9" down to 165 from 170. Graduated high school at 200 lbs, graduated college at 240, and was 270 lbs in the pic 6 weeks after having my youngest baby,0 -
^^an un-cropped after pic. MFP cropped it.
Those are BOTH my kids + me wearing the SAME fat pants!0 -

Mind over matter. I rejected reality and substituted my own.0 -
March 2012 lazy girl! size 20, about 235 on left, May 2014 on right
Current back picture.
I weigh 168-172ish depending on the day and wear a size 8-10. I am big girl but I have healthy body fat and lean mass of 125 pounds.Looking to eventually get to my goal weight of 155. Yes, that's an overweight BMI but I will be at 20% body fat! I am 5'5" and I lift heavy, a lot.0 -
Very inspiring. What exactly did you do to slim your legs down cause that is my stubborn problem area. It drives me nuts. How long did it take.0
