    I remember this thread. I saw it and thought to myself 'I want to be one of the women in here.'

    Last May, about 165, before I started New Rules of Lifting for Women (I started back on MFP on April 27th, started lifting about 3 weeks after that, have logged in every day since)

    you look a m a z i n g!!! I know it's all about the recomp, but you look like you've lost waaay over 30lbs. You inspire me to get my @$$ back in the weight room!

    btw... totally get why you don't want to cover all that awesomeness up with clothes ;)

    Hi

    I have been going to Les Mills BodyPump for a few weeks (once a week) and no joke, I have started bulking already. The fat from my arms has reduced so much and muscles have started to show through. Its an hour long class and I would recommend it to anyone! I AM HOOKED! Going to try Les Mills BodyCombat next.
