I make a breakfast smoothie with berries. 1/3 cup of old fashioned oats 1 package of Dannon light and fit greek raspberry yogurt 1/2-3/4 cup of mixed frozen berries about 1/2-3/4 cup of water

I just bought a NutriBullet a couple of months ago and absolutely love it. I make a smoothie every morning for breakfast.

I'm shooting for 25lbs by July 13th. That is when I run my first 5K....Ideally i'd like more than that but i'm trying to keep it reasonable.
