    Seeing postings on MFP about from both men and women made me curious so ended up watching the dvd and I must say it's a damn good workout.... Very tempted myself but January is stronglifts for me.

    Don't delay start next year if you can ;)

    ME TOO!!! I'm on day 4 and holy hell, my calves and thighs feel like they want to explode. it's finally starting to feel a bit better today but I will warn you... you will be moving around like the walking dead for a few days lol stairs were the hardest to go up and down.

    I am totally in :)

    I'd like to! I'm on vacation for a week in January and don't plan to do it then but I'd still like some motivation even if I am behind everyone else.

    I did Day 1 earlier today. I did 30DS (tried to) before twice and both times stopped around day 15. I do think I saw results even just doing it halfway. Oddly the first place I noticed a difference was my back. It is weird how (for me) the arm exercises by far hurt the most during but it is the leg pain afterward that is SO bad. If I can manage to get through this one I'd like to do Ripped in 30 but man, you feel the little bit of extra time on that one for sure.

    I know most people do it every day with few breaks, but I am probably aiming for every other day or maybe 4x/week...I do think my muscles got burnt out rather quickly last time. I might do Level 1 day 1, level 2 day 2, level 3 day 3 etc...I think the slight variation in exercises is probably better for you than doing the same thing every day. For me at least, everyone seems to do it a little differently!

    I'm trying to run a few times a week too but besides that not really doing much else. Last time I started doing Yoga Meltdown on some in between days - it's also a good workout and I feel so much better after that one vs 30DS! Definitely recommend it if you have a day where you just can't stand doing 30DS one more time.
