  • I want to lose 32lbs, but at the moment I'm aiming for 12lbs in the next 8 weeks, so could I join?
  • I just worked out that I'm only 16lbs away from being a healthy weight, and seeing as my birthday is in 13 weeks I feel like it's going to be achievable. :D
  • I'm getting a holiday, which is already booked whether i reach my goal or not, but if I do reach my goal I'll be getting a bikini and getting my bellybutton pierced. :)
  • I don't think you look 35 at all! more like early 20s, and your skin looks great! People are always gonna try and put you down, I have a "friend" that makes a comment about how someone she knows has lost xlbs in the last month after I told her I'd lost 7lbs in a month and she says it in a really snide way, but you know…
  • Monday weigh in: 152.5 2lbs lost since last week I think :D And 7.5lbs lost this month, I'm so happy. :D
  • Hey, just wanted to let you know my 2nd week weight in was 156.5 not 165.5, as much as I'd have loved to have lost 12lbs in one week xD
  • 1. My mom keeps commenting on how my waist is so much smaller and my face is getting slimmer 2. I tried my prom dress on (for July xD) which was way too tight when I first bought it and now it fits just right! I'm aiming to have it tailored down by July. 3. I ordered the 30 day shred and intend on starting it when it…
  • Try taking your measurements, I've lost around 12lbs and dont feel or look any different, but my measurements suggest otherwise so its worth a try. :)
  • I've got rewards for every 10lb loss :) So my first was 160 - New shoes 150 - Facial and manicure 140 - Get hair done 130 - Buy new clothes 120 - Get bellybutton pierced :)
  • For your waist, measure around the smallest part of your waist and you should measure around the widest part of your hips, which I believe is around your hip/pubic bones and your bum :)
  • I refuse to eat anything after 8 o'clock at night, because your metabolism starts to slow down at night so you're more likely to store what you eat as fat. So if i get cravings I have an instant hot chocolate, something like Cadbury's Highlights which is only 40 calories and it takes away the edge by making your body feel…
  • Try some fruit tea with a sweetener to stop it being bitter, its only like 2 calories and it'll get rid of your sweet craving. Or you could try a light hot chocolate like Cadbury's Highlights (or a similar alternative) which only has 40 calories, which is much less than a chocolate bar but tastes just as great :D
  • Thank you for all the advice :) I'll definitely ask for no butter or oils, but I think I'll keep the potatoes. I never finish a meal when I'm out and the good this about this restaurant is that they put everything into little bowls so I'll try to eat half of everything because I know its going to be a lot of calories. And…
  • Thank you :) I love salmon so sounds good to me :D
  • Thank you guys! I saw some in Asda today (I'm from the UK) and it was about £2.50, but we have a Costco so I'll have a look there, and I've just started drinking fruit tea, so I'll try it in that. :D
  • When I have a bad day of eating too much, I "detox" the next day and try to eat as much fruit and veg as possible and drink loads of water. I also make sure that I get some exercise in, try and do extra than what you'd usually do. But don't worry about it, everyone slips up from time to time, and you learn from it.…
  • Thank you for all the lovely messages everyone! :)
  • As weird as it is, I always crack on toast. I think its just my body shouting "I need carbs" and I think 'hmm... I fancy some toast' Its not even like its exciting D: But I've changed from white to wholemeal bread :D
  • I'd love to join! I want to lose between 35 and 40 lbs though, but its near enough. :) My start weight is 160, and I want to get down to 120 by May, so this is perfect really! :D
