Well for me I never eat back my calories because sometimes you do more harm than good, find out how many calories your organs need to function and that should be your daily intake even with exercise. There is a website with a young boy doing exercises and he does it with kids...maybe if you could interest them in that or try pulling them in a wagon. I lifted my son on the bottom of my legs while sitting.

I just signed up and it makes me feel like I am thinking of food all the time. I am using the points but I am not eating anymore than 29 because their system is a little scary to me because all that food is going to make me eat to much.

If you are lifting weights just remember that muscle weighs more than fat. I experienced the same thing when I first started my workout almost 2 weeks.
