I have tried the small tins of tuna (clover leaf) that come in different flavors such as dill and lemon or spicy thai, Spread between 2 wasa crackers. Extremely quick to make if your on the go....

I'm not vegetarian but I have tried these hemp hearts. They pack alot of protein into a tablespoon or so. Tastes good on salads or blended into smoothies etc...they basically taste like sunflower seeds imo... http://www.manitobaharvest.com/

Yes someone also mentioned dynamic stretching. Youtube that up. Basically instead of traditional stretches you perform the motion that you would do in your particular sport to get the correct muscles warmed up. I do it for soccer warmup's...works well and do traditional stretching for cooldown.

I supplement with a good quality BCAA before, during after workout. This will help your endurance and will ease the soreness. Check into it...I tried it and it works for me. I use Cellucor brand...just mix it up with water in a shaker bottle and drink it over the course of each workout.

PC brand in Canada. Stirred Honey Yogurt. 0% Fat. Yes its thick and rich but very filling due to its high 18% protein and not high in sugars. Fix it up with some berries, pecans, banana etc and it makes for a very tasty treat and its satisfying.

Mmmmmm I love sammiches'...I have been doing the 12 inch flat bread with turkey breast, cheddar, spinach, red onions, black olives, pickles, and Chipotle sauces....and of course toasted to get some crunch....so good but now I want subway too!!

I cant resist the smell of fresh baked goods so basically no homemade choc chip cookies (especially this) muffins cake brownies banana breads etc. :sad:
