  • Cycling works wonders for me, during a two hour ride i see figures ranging from 1000-1500 - Before i bought my new bike i used an xtrainer but after 6 months it became very boring , just ordered myself a turbo trainer for my bike so i can now get some serious workouts even it the weathers horrible (as it usually is in UK).…
  • I don't!!-) What i burn is an added bonus for me, my last cycle ride i estimated 12-1300 calories plus me doing a manual job on my feet 9 hrs a day , no way i could possibly eat the calories i burn
  • Cross trainer all the way- I bought mine last june , i was so fed up of being self conscious and out of condition i ordered one the very same day i got home. Cross trainers are the best full body workout if used correctly , i use mine for resistence workouts as well 10 minute 10/10 high intensive sprint sessions. Good luck

  • Go buy a swiss ball(gym ball) I have always hated doing crunches that was until my girlfriend bought me a swiss ball, great for working whole stomach section as you have to rely on your abs for balance as well as the benefits of the actual workout.
  • I need a friend-)
