According to my HRM for my stats I burn about 330 calories for an hour of Body Flow

I love spinning! It can be very intense, and difficult, but the pounds just melted off of me. Remember as you are starting that no one controls the bike but you. If you feel like you have all the resistance on that you can handle then don't turn it up when the instructer tells you too. If you can't stay in a climb sit…

Mine is scheduled. I only do group classes so I schedule mine when the classes I want are. They stay the same, mostly, week to week

I'm starting with an A so I really have nowhere to go lol

I'm kinda jealous you have this problem. If I lose weight in my boobs, I just won't have any

Not alone at all! I have never liked Zumba. I have so many friends that love it, just not for me. I'm a Spinner personally. It's great cardio, can be intense, but only becuase I let it be. I also love Yoga, Body Flow and Body Pump. Sh'Bam and Body Jam are also favorites of mine, dance classes, but not everyone offers them…

I have a polar T31 and it works fantastic for me

Give it a shot! They are intense, BUT you control the resistance, you control the pedal speed. And just becuase they tell you to ride faster or turn up the resistance you can just not do it :) I did for my first few months. Only you know how hard to push your body, and no one can tell you any different

I LOVE Sh'Bam! We just got it here. It will go well with our one lonly Body Jam :)

All the time! And like others I just give myself a swift kick in the butt and go do a class. 95% of the time it pulls me out of the hole I crawled into. The other 5% I still don't care, but at least I know I won't be even deeper in that funk because I didn't go

Spin really is a good start. You don't have to be cordinated and you only work as hard as you make yourself. No one determines the resistance or can even see what you are doing, unless you clearly are letting the bike do all the work for you. The bike can be uncomfortable the first few days, but you really do get used to…

It's a cheorographed weight lifting class. It's amazing. Give it a shot, at least 3 shots, you won't be sorry :)

I am the same. I have no desire to work out on the floor. It's boring, and repetative. It works for so many people, don't get me wrong. But I am not one of them. Classes are fun! You work hard, I have never sweat so much in my life. But the music is good, the people are fun, and most of the intructers are passionate! It…

I am right there with you! I am 4'11 1/2, I just tell eveyone 5' :) I started my weight loss at 136, which is overweight as you said. My ideal weight is 107, which is difficult to attain. And I also struggle to find pants that aren't to long. People really don't understand, and it can be frustrating

Mine is of my husband and I one night goofing off at the gym after a Body Jam class :)

It goes up when you add your excersise in. And it is okay to eat those excersise calories that it adds in for you :)

Not at all. Last year I lost my little dog. She was killed by our other dog. For months I cried, and didn't care about anything. She was my heart and soul. I still miss her. I am sorry about your Fletch

Me too

I have a few things that I bought to small, that I really want to wear. They keep me honest when I walk to the kitchen :)

I have that same problem! I do so well and then I take a flying leap off the wagon and struggle to find my way back. Exersice helps sometimes, but I never seem to feel that high that other people talk about. I wish I had some words of advice about how I get back on track. I don't really know what I do, I just start again

Well said, and perfect timing!
