NSV – Do I really fit into those jeans?

So today I went to try on new jeans. Before I started my healthier eating and exercise I wore size 16 jeans. (UK size), but very few of my trousers fit anymore and I guess I was really in a size 18 but wouldn’t admit it!! A couple of weeks ago I bought a pair of size 14 jeans and now I can pull them on and off without opening them, so I tried on a pair of size 12’s and they fit!! No struggling to get into them either!! I cant remember the last time I was a size 12, possibly 20 years ago!! I have also gone down 2 sizes (almost 3) in tops!
And I was getting bothered about only losing a pound in the last three weeks.

Couldn’t have done it without this site!! Will post pics soon.
