You are omly hurting yourself ... i think you should cancel the whole meet up and focus on you and finding someone who feels the same way cause obviously he doesnt feel the same way if he married someone else ! its not worth the heart break !

Dont be hard on yourself i still have bad days and i have been doing this for 3 months now, i still measure things wrong and miscalculate things, but yes thats why we are here , to learn this new life style we have commited to :) keep you head up ! and please share more yummy recipies :) add me !

I have a scale addiction! I am obsessed with weighing in everymorning, my fiance has said he is going to hide it on me, but i want to gain control, i hate not having control, and if i have gone up even an ounce i have some kind of excusse and im really hard on myslef.. any idea how how to over come this ?
