You are not alone. There are some poses that involve bending forward that I cannot do because my belly gets in the way. And I have trouble in other things to because the bob's get in the way.

I find myself way too willing to give up at home. I treat the gym like a library. It's a zone of concentration for that subject. I find myself pushing harder at the gym, just like I find myself being more productive at a library for school.

I don't think he is proactively trying to sabotage you. I think in regards to the donuts, if he did it before then maybe habit is popping up. I know I had to break some habits between me and food, but my significant other would be a third party to that so it's going to take longer for him to break that. Plus the benefit is…

I follow a UK-based Youtuber named Carly Rowena. I like her because she isn't another pretty girl with a thigh gap and showing off a skinny middle. She works really hard and sports legitimate abs.

I am currently honing my skills as a cook. I used to follow recipes in books, but wasn't really knowing what I was going for until I was done. I found that I responded really well to Youtube videos. I could follow along and pause them when I needed to. Plus I had an idea of what I was going for. There are so many chefs on…

@jnmrie I love this! Your eyes also look brighter! Sidenote: It's looks like your perfectly pair up your during photo to pose with your before. lol

More bang for your buck! Drinking is now cheaper! Congratulations on the weight loss! That is so fantastic.

So this may not be it at all, but I'm throwing out a different idea. I see in your profile that you're 5'4". I am 5'3". Due to stride, I could not comfortably run past 5mph. Are you sure that you are not over-exerting yourself? Unless you are competing, I know many aim for a conversational pace. You should be able to…

Vacations are temporary. I wouldn't worry too much about it, plus I second @debubbie about whether you can get the dish at home, if not, go for it! Plus you're going to the beach, unless you're a beach bum, then you're gonna get plenty of exercise. I know I do, with fighting waves, swimming, and playing volleyball.

If you got a week for free then it can't hurt to try it. But the prices are crazy! Personally, I truly enjoy the experience of picking my own food in the produce section. It's a fun tactile experience, plus I might pick up things I wouldn't have thought of. It might be weird, but I want that relationship with my food like…

I had to stop running for unrelated issues, so I can't give you an accurate number. Why do you ask? Maybe I can answer that.

Does the pain decrease if you take some of the load off? Rather than doing a proper push up with knees off the ground, does the pain decrease with knees on the ground?

Following up on IsaackGMOON's comments on foot strike. I am a forefoot striker and I must warn you that I suffer from shin splints as well as achilles tendon thickening as a result of running like this. I wake up with cold muscles in the morning or after sitting a long time and my ankles HURT. It takes me a while for the…

I have this issue. I experience this after sitting for a long time or intense physical labor. Periodically, I have pain that will shoot down my lower back through my bum and through the leg. If it's severe enough I can't walk till the pain subsides. I went to the doctor for this and had an MRI, but nothing came back as…

This. Unless research has changed, fitness doesn't tend to change unless you've been out of the game for two weeks or more. A couple days of rest from whatever you were supposed to do won't hurt and it might actually be beneficial because it will be rest, sort of.

I think because it's you looking, that you can't see it. I think many people underestimate their hard work. I see a VISIBLE difference and that 218 picture is grainy. You look amazing! Keep up the good work!

I think starting sooner rather than later is best. We are still a long way off from September, that's a great amount of time to change habits. And these changed habits can help you to make smart choices during the vacation. Don't think of it as not being able to eat what you want, just eat what you want within limits. Or…

Are you only trying to get abs for aesthetics? Because as @ninerbuff stated, you can't just display abs. It combines exercise and diet. Since you had a child are you trying to strengthen your abs? From what I understand, pregnancy weakens the abs significantly and doctors encourage ab exercise after delivery. Just wanting…

I love guacamole! I even love avocado by itself with a pinch of salt. But I have tried the Subway guac and it is gross. If you don't like it on its own, seasoning goes a long way.

If you aren't feeling inspired, then drop these groups. If they are dropping 10lbs a week and they aren't tremendously heavy then they are doing it the unhealthy way. I firmly believe, with how we are surrounded by social media, that we should make sure our feeds reflect what we want. Happy healthy humans doing right in…

You don't need a scale, you can probably see it where it matters, in the mirror. Congrats! An NSV that is a testament to your willpower is a great NSV!

I second berndanddana. I had a really bad depression episode a while back during my university. I was not where I wanted to be in life and my body was rebelling hard. If I opened a book, I would cry. Besides not having the results I wanted by a certain time, I really couldn't complain much. I felt like my problems I was…

I have found that I needed to isolate why I binged. As tired as it sounds, you should probably grab a journal and just observe yourself. When do I binge and why? I second Achaila that "taking care of your mental health will come before weight loss." Try as you might, if your brain ain't backing you up then you got slim to…

laineybz, you look fantastic and that after dress is bangin!

I also vote with getting a scale. It's really quite quick and painless. I don't know about you but one of my biggest weaknesses in this journey is that I know WHAT to eat, but when it comes to HOW MUCH then I flounder. I grew up in the south, so my portions were generous and the plates were Texas-sized. ALSO, I find a lot…

Kalikel, your message was clear. I don't know why people are taking that as OCD behavior because it isn't. Wanting an element of accuracy and control does not automatically indicate OCD. Many people don't understand the true definition of OCD. "OMG, I am so OCD, I cleaned my ENTIRE house today!" No. You are neat, not OCD.…

Thank you, that was very kind! Also you just made me realize that I have problem and I didn't even know it. I have a bad tendency to vacuum out a pantry and fridge. "oh, I had ten sweet chocolate cookies. How about some cereal? Hm, still peckish. Oh! Salty chips! What's in the fridge? Mmm, string cheese!" And on and on and…

My pseudo bento until I can find my true bento! Spinach, provolone, and sweet peppers wrapped in Italian herb turkey breast, one slice of bread, hard-boiled egg, carrots, and strawberries. The truest part of this was when I turned the fake sandwich section, nothing fell out! lol

Yep that's very similar to how it looked, although mine had an adorable print. It's a shame I can't find it.

A+++! I hope that you are so very happy!
