  • I eat it for lunch or dinner. The question is did you get the kind that was already cleaned? Did the label say to soak/wash off? I make mine using salt free chicken broth and then add fire roasted peppers and artichokes. It is the best. I LOVE it!!!

  • I have been so sick that I too am restarting TF on Monday. I am starting on weekone of the prep week to get back in the swing of things. Hope you are doing well. Lets rock it out together.
  • I have NOT done any since last monday! I am so tired and not eating right. Still under but just not right! I can not wait until the holiday's are over. Why is it that my family wants cookies and such for the holidays but not willing to help and understand that I am making these things and should not and will not eat them!

  • rbosley- I hate to say this but I went years of the doctor telling me that my blood work was fine even though I had a mass on my thyroid. After going to the Gyno they did further testing and found out that I had cancer. I do not want to scare you but get a second opinion now!!!
