  • Hi I did the 30DS in the 30 days & I definitely saw changes - my arms are totally toned & no fat on my hips/muffin top area! Definitely more streamlined. I took a days break & I'm now on week 2 of Ripped in 30! Keep it up - you WILL see great results!

  • I did the 30 day shred every day & I'm now doing Ripped in 30 every day as I want optimum results & serious toning. After this I'm hoping to start Killer Buns & Thighs. Then I will mix it all up a bit & take a rest day if I feel like it. I think a half an hour a day isn't too much so I'm happy with it every day.
  • Just did day one of week two. I found some of the moves a little difficult as regards co-ordination but got through it ok. Loving all the exercises using the weights - really feel like I'm toning up now!

  • Hi I started with 1kg but after a while these were too light so I mix between 3kg & 2kg depending on the exercise!
  • I just started week 1 today & didn't find it too intense - though that's coming out of level e of the 30DS!! So I guess it will get harder! Sticking with it though as I really enjoy the work outs!

  • I just started RI30 today after completing the 30DS. I find it a little easier but then again it is only week 1!! I like that there are new exercises using the weights. I need to get heavier weights for this one!! Feel free to add me!
  • I just finished day 30 today! Delighted with myself. I didn't lose as many inches as I'd hoped but I'm definitely more toned up. I'm taking a break for a day or two & then going to start Ripped in 30! Good luck with the rest of it guys!!

  • I laugh too when I see Natalie skip some of the moves when Jillian is over with Anita (with the fab abs!) I nearly died tonight doing level 3 day 4 - I can't wait til it's over!

  • Well done! I'm starting level 3 tomorrow - have been doing Weight Watchers since end of Feb & have lost 34lbs so I started the 30 day shred to tone myself up. The weight loss has slowed down - I'm 2.5lbs from goal but I'm definitely fitter & have more definition so I'm delighted!! Onwards & upwards!!

  • I'm not an expert but I would think that you may not get the required results by not doing 10 days on each level initially. I'm currently on L2D6 and intend to finish each level to the last day.   • I was really sore the 2nd day but I was able to get through the work out. Still sore on day 3 but it got easier. Finished level 1 today & I'm about to start level 2 day 1 tomorrow & I'm dreading it!
