I was just in the UK a month ago! It was so nice. If you want heat, we can switch places for awhile. On July 1, Christiana, TN (a tiny town near where I live) was the hottest place on the ENTIRE planet! It's ridiculous.

Hey everybody! Sorry I've been out the past 6 days. Boot camp was killer! The equestrian team had to be at the barn at 7 every morning, and we usually didn't get back to campus til 8 or so! I'm ready to hop back on the wagon after a long week!

I've been feeling tired, too! For me I think it's stress trying to get all my stuff packed for school and the fact that I have not been eating well. Under my calories for the day, but not yesterday. Got all my water both days, and I did both days challenges and got a head start on tomorrow! Woohoo!

I'll pledge 7 miles (one per day) to the 100 mile challenge. Let me know if I need to do more, I pledged low because I plan on doing A LOT of exercising this week, and I don't want to hurt myself!

Week 1 results: Under daily calorie goal: CHECK! 64 oz of water: CHECK! Daily exercise challenges: CHECK! and it all paid off! weighed in this morning at 201 which means I lost a grand total of 5.2 pounds this week! Looks like everyone else is doing great, too! Go team!!
