    Whoa! I don't know about you guys but the challenge today has made my legs hurt so I did not run today but I did walk. Because my regular workout today was pretty cardio intense I will do jumping jacks and crunches tomorrow. I am pretty whipped.

    So some of you keep whining about needing another WEEKLY MINI CHALLENGE! SO here it is. I"ve done this and its a killer but oh......in such a good way! So you think your ready to go tribal and take on the bushmen way of life.....(Note: This is high intensity interval training if you have heart issues please consult a physician. These exercises are geared to top our your heart rate in 4 minutes flat.) I give you the tabata series..............It's only 4 minutes. LET ME SEE YOU DO THEM WIT YOR GIRLIE MUSCLES AN YOUR CHEERLEADER THIGHS!     I don't know about you guys but I am all over this. If you are going to follow the 2nd video please be careful, there are a lot of people on there using terrible form. Trust me if your knees are going past your ankles (can't see your laces) then you are going to hurt yourself. It sounds dumb but stick your butt out like you are squatting outside to poop. I know, tmi, but your knees will thank you.

    Met all challenges, over on water, under on calories everyday so far. Today wasn't healthy as it could be, but fried chicken is my favorite food and need to indulge once in a while. Then there's the ice cream that has been screaming my name.

    Good luck to you all today. I will be doing the daily challenge, the mini tabata challenge plus the extra jumping jacks, crunches and maybe some mileage. Today is my rest day for my normal workout, thank god!

    under calories, over water, and did all three of the daily challenges yesterday! even the tuck jumps! i had to minorly modify the globe jumps, but still got them done! :) i also have miles to add to the team, so woot! will have crunches and jumping jacks to add tonight!

    A wake- up moment for me. I realized that more than 1/2 of you are the same age as my kids. I treat you all like peers; I should probably start treating them the same way.

    On an aside, I will be gone for the next two days. Son #1 got a job in Milwaukee and we are going apartment hunting.

    Something from yesterday strained my lower back. I did some modification to the globe jump, but still almost fell once. I wonder if that's what did it. I should have just let myself fall. Hoping it will get better throughout the day, but may have to take the day off and make it up.

    I have been dreaming of a massage as well. My gym membership includes 2 massages every month and am trying to save my last one for next Wednesday to reward myself for getting through the month.

    well, kind of an icky day as far as food goes...under calories, but high in carbs and low in protein :( well over my water for the day and completed the woodchop exercise challenge and modified the split jump squats to just 20 lunges on each leg since those jumps still dont make my legs happy :) i also added some jumping jacks and crunches to the team.

    Well, of course I didn't listen to the doctor; thought my back was fine. I was wrong; managed to irritate it again so no more challenges. I am sooo over this pain - I just want it gone. :mad: :grumble: I did manage to accomplish 50 crunches and added another mile to the mileage challenge. Calories are under and water is exceeded.

    Hey team, this week has been an all around great one for me. I finally hit under 200 pounds (yesterday I was at 199.2) I've done great with food and water and excercising as well. I finally added my 3 miles from Tuesday night, and last night I added 50 crunches and 200 jumping jacks to our challenge. Where does everyone else stand? Come on guys, this is the last week. We can totally do this and meet the weekly challenges.
