I downloads Moves this week (http://www.moves-app.com/) and it's been fantastic. It's been really accurate, and as it looks so nice I've been more inclined to turn it on every morning and keep checking how much I've done :D It's on iOS and Android, give it a whirl!

I haven't lost a huge amount yet (but that's more due to my poor willpower when it comes to food!) but when I do DDP Yoga I feel so much better. Even after a few days, I feel stronger, more energetic and more flexible. Worth it even if weight-loss isn't someone's goal!

I love Energy, it's possibly my favourite of the workouts so far (I haven't done them all). It's great whether I'm feeling lazy or energetic! Hope you enjoy the rest, it's definitely worth it!

Kinekt is nice, but I wish I'd avoided the Banoffee flavour - I hate artificially banana-flavoured things haha! The rest are great though.

Did you try this out gypsyrose? I was doing one of the old YRG workouts a few times a week recently and enjoyed it so much that I ordered a set of the new DDP Yoga DVDs. I'd be interested in hearing any answers to this, as I'd like to start my day with a pretty protein-rich breakfast to reduce the temptation to snack throughout the day, but I struggle to find good options. Are protein shakes worthwhile, or more reserved for though who do a LOT of working out?

At the risk of sounding patronising, do you have insoles or inserts for your shoes to support them? I got some last year and they made my shoes so much more comfortable :)
