  • you need to work out your TDEE. bellow 1200 is normally too low. your body will start going into starvation mode if its too low. myfitnesspal should generate your TDEE/calories by default. but it dose need a fair few weeks to see any changes.
  • Hi, I'm from the UK too, I've been logging food/dieting for a while now. if you eat a certain meal a lot remember to save it as a meal or a recipe. it a lot easier & quicker in the long run to log and gives you ideas of what to eat when you can't decide.

  • maybe ask a friend or family member to help you do meal prepping once a week or every 2 weeks till your better? so you can make your own healthy ready meals to eat. so you only need to reheat a healthy meal from the fridge or freezer?

  • Hi everyone, been a bit busy this week and probably the rest of the week getting sorted for my family to come vist. I did step up my 30mins run/walk to 25min of walking and 5min warm up/cool down, so 35min in total rather than 30mins. also i've been logging my food to mfp as normal.

If you have a smart phone, the myfitnesspal app helps me a lot. especially the bar code scanner its a lot quicker than searching by hand, I can just scan it.   • bad thing about knowing how to cook is that you know how to cook bad stuff too, but i do enjoy cooking new things. I did 10mins on the arm challenge today and 2 30mins jogs/runs. so 70mins total.

  • I lost 1.4 lbs at the weight in this week, I'm glad to see its still coming off regularly since I've been dieting and exercising for a while now. I did 2 30 min jog/walks today and made some Greek style kebabs for dinner.
