Congrats on your progress! that's fantastic! Just tell him - what are you truly afraid of? That he'll leave you? That he'll realize you lied? That he won't care at all if you do weigh 300 pounds? You'll feel better once you're not carrying the burden of dishonesty with a loved partner. That'll weigh you down every day.

Feel free to add me - I'm turning 31 in 2 weeks & have about 15 pounds to my goal. Have been in "maintenance" for the past 5 months and am revving back up to go the rest of the way to goal.

that's exciting! congrats!

curtsey squats!

Look into the virgin diet, its a temporary meal plan that can help identify food allergies.

You have NO idea how much I needed to see this tonight. Thank you for posting it!

I'll add you! I'm nearing the end of my journey and its tough to not get discouraged as you get closer to a goal. (So weird, why is that!?)

Eating healthy can be just as cheap as eating fast food. Here's one of my favorite dinners: Cut a sweet potato into cubes, cover with olive oil, dash of onion powder, dash of garlic powder, lots of chipotle pepper powder. Roast in oven for 20 mins @ 425 Cook up 2 over-easy eggs Throw the eggs on the potatoes Top with 2…

YES! This happens to me too! I'll go a couple weeks losing an average of 2.5 pounds, then a week - 10 days where I maintain a weight, then woosh! Back to losing. It's nuts!

Congrats on the 10 pound weight loss, that's fantastic!!! Keep up the work and continue being patient, you'll get there!!! :)

I have a FitBit Zip and LOVE it!!! It adjusts my calories I can eat based on how I active I am. I think it's the single most important decision I made in going on this weight loss journey. It helps me be aware of how much or how little I'm moving. I highly recommend it!!! Totally worth the $50 investment. Feel free to…

Let it go, honestly own where you are in this exact moment.

Great job!!! Wahoo!!

I lost 85 pounds in about 8 months, then I switched to maintenance mode. It's definitely possible. I pushed myself to continually do "more" or "harder" physical exercise. I also switched up what I was doing as far as working out, about every 2 months to keep my weight loss from stalling out & I found that to work pretty…

That's awesome!!!!

I vote 1!

You look completely fabulous & the difference is obvious!!! Congrats on the loss and all your hard work to get there, be PROUD!!!!!

I would bet the energy bar has its fair share of sugar in it... I notice my energy tanks and my hunger level sky rockets if I have too much sugar. I notice I also stay more satiated when I eat foods that are naturally high in fiber.

Bumping to follow along... I'm struggling with the same thing. I just told myself I'm going to not weigh myself for 3 weeks & see where I am "on the other side". I'm noticing that I'm more toned, but that dang weight number won't budge. Trying to get less fixated on it. Also, I've been HUNGRY lately, so I tried reducing my…

Oh man, that is EXACTLY what's going on in my brain too. It's so frustrating! Even though I can logically line up 10 ways I'm better off, skinnier, whatehaveyou, I'm still extremely frustrated that the weight number is just hanging out at the same place. Trying my best (!!!) to be patient, but I'm not a patient person! LOL!

Thanks!

Stay patient & keep at it! I once poofed up 2.5 pounds overnight after a heavy workout from sore muscles. You'll get there!

I've lost 80 and have about 20 left until I hit my goal. Feel free to add me if you like.

Oh, also, don't have issues w/skin. Have been diligent about drinking lots of water, using lotion w/vitamin E, and weight training. I'm 5'8" & 30 years old, so not sure if age plays into it.

I lost 83 in about 7 months, then took the past 3 months on maintenance mode & am now gearing up for my last 20. So, not sure if I qualify, but I've had some success! : ) I ate really clean - cutting out processed foods and watching sodium was KEY for me. I also make CERTAIN I exceed my fiber goal, and not from fake fiber…

HRM stands for heart rate monitor. I use a Fitbit Zip too, and it syncs with MFP like I"m guessing you have yours do also. I always log my exercise on Fitbit now, not MFP. There were issues (for me) when I would log something on MFP the times wouldn't sync properly so it wouldn't accurately reflect my burn. (Just my…

Easy! Buy a FitBit Zip. You can get it on Amazon right now for $50. FitBit & MFP work together so well & it will give you a real-time view on how active you are. Mine adjusts the calories I can eat based on how active I am. $50 may seem like a lot, however it has more than paid off for me with how much more insight and…

I'm totally dealing with the same thing! Trying to get back into the swing of things where the motivation just comes naturally...

I noticed about day 10 that I could see muscles poking out a little bit more. By the end, I could definitely see a difference. I lost crazy inches, not a ton of weight, but definitely shaped up nicely. Good luck!
