So today, one of my students told me, out of nowhere, she has noticed that I've lost weight.

It was the best compliment ever.

All day I was feeling sore, but when I hit the gym, I pushed myself hard.

AND I've noticed that I have been losing 2 pounds per week in the last three weeks (since I started to workout again.) So maybe the MFP tracker is working.
