I do record everything, even if I go waaaaaaay over the top with the rare occasion pizza or something. That way I can check how it correlates with my scale and measure trends and thus I'm learning about my current metabolism and where is my limit of plateauing and losing weight .

Don't worry! To bump means that this topic will appear again in the recent topics under Recipes. See, as people start or comment on new threads, this one falls behind and possibly goes unnoticed by many. :flowerforyou:

Oh forgot, my height and weight in metrics were 163,5 cm and 92 kg (now at 91,6 kg or 201.9 lbs )

Oh, forgot to add that I do love a well made zombie flick, nuts about the Walking Dead...

I totally agree! My principle is to mainly eat foods that actually look like the original plant, animal part or seed. That is, choosing whole grain bread, whole grain müsli, and meat, veggies and fruit that are non-processed or as little processed as possible. That includes making my own marinades if I use any, and…

I would not count it as burned calories. But that been said, as I'm going back to work next month, after some 14 months of sick leave due to my back, I'm gonna change my activity level from Sedentary to Lightly Active: I will be traveling by bus standing up, walking a couple km because of taking the bus, and working mainly…

I hear that we should give the upping at least a few weeks, preferably 1-1,5 months, before giving up on it. I'm looking forward to seeing how much has come off this week, since my last weeks loss was 0,9 kg (ca. 2 lbs)!

I think this I agree with this guy, planning and setting rules together PLUS living by them is REALLY important in crisis situation - with your boyfriend and with your parents. Best of luck to you!

I have always been chubby, but lost quite a bit in my late teens. Then gained it plus interest within a decade as my clinical depression emerged and gradually got deeper and deeper. When I was a student and in the beginning of my present job, I ate to suppress the anxiety inside. The same time my activity level plummited…

A witty married lady, with a good job and no kids, in her 30's does NOT play Left4Dead on Steam... (Anyone here? Find BloodCow)

Thank you for sharing this, it's really good to "re-calibrate" my eyes!

Down-Thorn: I did not get myself around to go for a walk in the sunshiny snowy day. My back and leg still hurt after 14 months, so the epidural procedure 12 days ago did not seem to be the trick. :grumble: Up-Rose: I finally re-arranged my closet and found a thought-to-be-lost top - and burned some extra calories while…

Hi! I've changed my calorie goals almost every day for the past week or so. My reason for doing that is because I started too low and studied a bit and then upped my cals - too much and now I'm set somewhere in between. :blushing:

Wow!!! I'm 5'3.5 with no kids and I've been fat/chubby/fat since I was 7 or 8 - so I'm really counting on your words!! My pooch is both upper AND lower belly, and I only have the "before" pictures in my profile so far. :blushing:

You are now officially one of my inspirations!!! And your "almost there" pic shows that you are right to have your goal where you have it.
-
I am 5'3 1/2" and currently weigh 203. My short term goal is 80 kg (176 lbs)and long term goal at 68-70 kg (150-155 lbs). :glasses: When I reach that, maybe if I'm reeeally bold, I might even go for my ultimate-wildest-dream-goal at 63 kg or 140 lbs... :noway:

Wow!!! You are an inspiration!!!

Fall through a glass door (as a kid) and get your butt scarred. I've never leaned against one since. :embarassed:

That! Keep the skin well moisturized, also around your belly-area. Natural oils are good. And also include the good oils in your diet, since the skin needs it also from within. I'm not really sagging but sort of getting familiar with the gravity at 33 years of age with no pregnancies. It might be easier for me to live with…
