South of Heaven was good, but I prefer deeper vocals, both in sound and lyrical content. Give me Sepultura over Slayer anyday. That's also why I could never get into Iron Maiden, and even Dave Mustein and Phil get a little high pitched sometimes.

I run inside on my treadmill so I would hope I don't see any one I don't know running. One thing I wan't to do so bad is burn some songs to a CD like "Eye of the tiger" and "danger zone" Then ride in my car and follow someone running or biking blasting it with my windows down for encouragement :D

I am 5'3 - 33, now 198. On days that I spend only gaming, and I mean the entire day sitting at my PS3 and only getting up to go pee and grab a bite out of the fridge I still burn around 1900. Do you know the difference between RMR and TDEE? 1200 a day is ok if you are in a coma.

Neither, make yourself a big tasty burger at home with some grass fed beef and wrap in in lettuce. Lettuce wrap burgers are so much better. I am now hooked on them. Then you cant treat yourself without the McNasty additives in the stuff.

The only downside to crab is high cholesterol as far as I know. Same with shrimp I think. Low cal, high protein.

I seem to lose best hiking. See if you can find a good trail with a decent grade that keeps your heart rate up and gets ya sweatin a bit. Go for about an hour every couple days if you can.

I weigh myself all the time. But I don't let it influence my weight loss at all. If you want to do an interesting experiment. Weigh yourself, go drink a 16 oz glass of water and weigh again. It really does change. I just am always curious about my weight. I cant help it.
