Thank you for your help! I think after all I’m going to just stick to lower calories instead of getting into ketosis. I’m having a harder time losing weight after my second pregnancy for some reason, but need to just stick with the counting calories. Thank you for all your help.

It’s my second pregnancy. Last time I was able to lose a lot faster, but I was breastfeedng twins, so maybe that is why.

If I only ate healthy food I wouldn't lose! I breastfed twins already for two years and tried that...And didn't lose. I need to be watching calories. I could definitely set my calories to maintain and go from there. Thanks everyone!!

I am 5'11...a bit taller...128 is a little small for your height. You have to pay attention to how you look, feel, what size you are, and of course measurements, but not so much weight. My measurements...and I only want to lose another 4-5 lbs... 5'11 157 35-27-40 (busy-waist-hips)

I am running my first half marathon in November. I run at a pace of 10 minutes a mile right now, and can run 4 miles thus far. I think anything from 2:15-2:45 would be fine. I set my predicted finish time from 2:22-2:34. Good luck with training!!

I started C25K a few months ago and stopped because my knees hurt. Can you run anywhere else aside from pavement? When I run now I try to run in grass or on softer surfaces as much as possible.
