    Count me in! My goal for the month is to take it one day at a time - making healthy choices and getting my workouts in. The weight I lose will be an added bonus! :bigsmile:

    me too, although I suspect I will be more likely to be 8 than 10lb, as I am slowing up a bit :grumble:

    Hi,

    10 is going to be a challenge for me...but I"m going to give it a try! The weight has been coming off really slow. I have only lost 8 since the beginning of February, so we'll see!

    I think I'm going to weigh in on Wednesday's, but I guess whatever day works for you?

    What do you guys think?

    Ok, I chatted with rcrews, and I am going to give her a hand with tracking everybody's info. I've made up a list to include everyone on the thread so far. Please check your names and let me know if I don't have your goal correct. Since there are so many people on this thread, I am sure that there will be many different days for weigh-ins that people have and won't want to change. I will post the update every Friday. That way, we can accommodate everybody's weigh in for the week. If you have already weighed in this week, we will use that number as your starting weight. Then throughout the weeks in the future, just message me with your updates, and I will post them all at the end of the week. Feel free to post whatever you like to the thread, just please also email me any changes so that I can have them all in one handy place. If anybody is uncomfortable posting their weight on the thread, just let me know, and I will omit that info for you. Just let me know the change each week :)

    Does that work for everybody? My next post will contain the info :)

    I will join you!! I want to lose 8 lbs this month. I lost 5 in February(when I started MFP) and only 4 in March. I need to get serious with exercising. I will add you as a friend so we can keep track

    I would love to join this group. I finally got a challenge right at the beginning. My goal will be 8 pounds thought. That is 2 pounds a week.

    I want to lose 8-10 lbs by May 1 to be at my first goal weight of 155 :) eventually I plan to reach 140 or lower...

    I currently weigh 163.2

    My SW was 172 for this challenge. I want to lose 10 pounds this month. So far I'm good on the workouts but need to improve on the food! At least it's only day 2!

    Here's my info - my SW for this challenge was 151, and I'm now at 147. (lost 4 pounds this week!) I'd like to be141 by the end of April.
