Just weighed in, another 2 pounds lost. New weight=1450

I feel pretty good.. My weigh in is tomorrow, but I checked today.. Down 1.3 kg/2.8lbs from last week. A little ahead of schedule but no complaints here. Also, I've continued my streak of walking every day in April so far 2.5 to 3.5 miles. I hope everyone else is doing great!0

You can weigh in any day of the week sachs, but just have the numbers to me by Friday.

Sorry, forgot to post my Friday update. I started the month at 289. I currently weigh 282. Three pounds from the April Challenge goal and 12 from my own personal goal!0

I think it's kind of funny that there are 2 April challenges going on right now, and I am part of both of them. Anyway... since I went up to 195 at Easter, I've adjusted my 10 lbs April goal to 185. I've lost 3.5 lbs so far! Tomorrow I weigh in!0

I have to really step it up these last 16 days.... My goal was 163 by May 1st. I am at 172.6 right now. Ughh I only lost 0.8 lbs this week. I dont know if I will make my goal... but I am sure going to push through and keep trying! I am going to shoot for 165 (7.6 lbs to go.)

Well if your scale is on the fritz, maybe it's just giving you an inaccurate number! You are still down overall for the month anyway, so it's still progress! Plus, weighing after lunch would have me up too!0 -
