I agree with this. If your TDEE is 2400, 1400 is an enormous deficit. Its going to make you super crabby and annoyed. It's no wonder you're burnt out!

Apparently Mirena is the new gluten. I've had mine for 2.5 years. Lost all my weight on it. Feel better than I have in years, but I also felt the worst in my life on it too...because I was miserably killing myself with food. For 99% this is an excuse.

With more details...I wonder if you just shouldn't try different condoms, or another method of non-hormonal BC if you're monogamous. Maybe a diaphragm or something. Also, non-latex condoms tend to be more pleasant, though a bit more expensive. I highly doubt this is a weight issue...

I'm using a set of cruddy weights we got for free. I figured it doesn't matter what I'm lifting as long as I have the right form and I'm actually doing it. I'm doing my best not to stress out about it.

I sometimes make different foods for myself -- or make a variety of dishes and some is lower in calories. And portion control is helpful too. You can always have extra veggies and some salad when they eat more of the calorie dense stuff they need.

I had gestation diabetes..and I know what this feels like, but I ALWAYS kept glucose tablets in my purse for that. Plan it. Don't let this become another excuse for your disordered eating.
