It depends on how you determine your calorie budget. If you use the MFP method and say choose "sedentary" and then exercise, you should eat back. Just remember, a lot of us were trained that food = love and affection. That's what the food pushing is about. Take the sentiment accordingly and return the loving, even if you aren't eating something you don't want. :)

I have a Jawbone UP. I like it, but its just a pedometer with sleep tracking and a silent alarm. It's not helpful to track other types of exercise. I still think its super helpful for me, just to sort of keep an eye on myself.

My c-section was 2.5 years ago and yes, my lower abs feel a bit odd, but the sensation gets less pronounced as I'm working them. I hope it will go away eventually...I just wish I could hope for sensation in the skin again, but I think that's too much to hope for.

No. Water doesn't do that. Wine has calories. Count them and make sure they fit into the amount you need to get to your goal. Bam, problem solved. In other words, unless you never want to drink wine again, don't give it up.

They have calories, so I guess I don't see how not counting them makes sense. They are low in calories, but in the end its still calories in calories out. *shrug*

I love fish, but I hate tilapia and swai. They just taste like nothing to me. I prefer cod, salmon, tuna steaks, perch, trout, etc. They are all different though, and can use different cooking methods. If you don't care what it tastes like or if it has taste, I'm sure those will be fine though.
