  • nooooo...don't give up......look how far you have come......maybe you are puting on muscle which will look like weight gain....are you really eating enough to prevent stravation mode??????? keep going !!!!! re-evaluate what you are doing...look at your exercise and eating habits....are you drinking enough fluids?

  • Thanks everyone...I will consider and implement all...I finally figured out the net calorie thing...I was eating 1200 and burning 1000...so my body is hanging on to everthing....I will adjust calorie intake and watch my time and cal burn during exercise...plus i need to add more weight traing...I am only doing that 2 times…

  • I go over too at the same time...i eat the snacks, usually fruit or non fat cheese and whole wheat crackers, have a good lunch but by 5 or 6 my stomach is growling and hungry...I drink so much water that my co-workers think I have a bladder problem...I don't know what to do

  • No I am not scared to eat. I have started to enjoy the exercise and have continued to change what I eat. No more white bread or pastas, only low fat or no fat cheese, lite beer, no more fried foods, increased fresh and raw fruits and veggies, smaller protions. Why do you feel scared?

  • I drink lactose free skim milk. Love it. Takes a glass or 2 to get use to, but it is good.
