I like anything that's loud and fast paced. It really depends on your taste though. If you like pop try Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake or Christina. If you like alternative try The Used, Less Than Jake or Billy Talent. And then there's always Richard Simmons Style!!! I like a mix of everything. It keeps me going and keeps my pace up!

OMG, I love all these as well as old skool monster rock, but I have found that when I really work out,

I want more of what the gyms offer, it really seems to keep me in the beat for movement and I can't sing along so I won't be out of breath.

I have a cd called Rasa Exotica http://www.rasamusic.com/product_52.html

    or Bond http://www.bondmusic.net/

Yeah, sound kind of corny, but it really works.....

I use it for work outs, weight training and yoga....

I tend to like more hard rock music for when I work out, but I like some techno and industrial metal music as well.

Some songs I listen to while I'm on the elliptical:

Rammstein-Du Hast and Feuer Frei (if you've ever seen the movie "XXX" with Vin Diesel, you've heard that song)..both songs have a driving beat and they motivate me.
    Kanye West-Stronger
Triumph-Fight the Good Fight, Lay it on the Line
Rod Stewart-Do ya Think I'm Sexy?
    The Outfield-Your Love (techno remix)

Those are some of my favorites:happy:

My music varies quite a bit but some of my favorites are:

breath(2 am)- by Anna Nalic and Start Me Up by the Rolling Stones for my start up songs
    Dance and Shout-Shaggy
Teenagers and This is How I Disapper by My Chemical Romance
Let's Go Crazy and Darlin' Nikki by Prince
    Mad Season by Matchbox Twenty
Harder to Breath by Maroon 5
Room 21 and Get Stoned by Hinder
What Goes Around and Sexy Back by Justin Timberlake
Black Horse and The Cherry Tree by KT Tunstall
Don't Bring Me Down by Electric Light Orchestra
    Gold Digger by Kanya West
    Hey Ya by Outkast
    Crazy ***** by Buckcherry

I love just about anything by AC/DC, Buck Cherry, Guns N' Roses, Kid Rock, Nickleback, Tesla, Aerosmith, Everclear, Puddle of Mudd so I have lots of their music on my player.

I'm not a runner yet (working on it) I walk on the Treadmill, use the eliptical machine, 5 miles on the bike and use the weights. Since I'm not running it's not that I'm having to worry about music to keep the beat to. So I look for songs that I just really love. If a great song comes on that really makes me work harder. My music completely makes my workout. I don't think I could do it without. I just space out into my own little world with my music.

I am a big haired child from the 80's.....

I love it all and very loud

Nearing 40 in a few years, I still love it loud.

Hubby and I dragggggg and rebuild old skoll vw's, (we have 4), so far and I am still a music buff.

I like all, well, most of the new stuff too, but some of it today, has no meaning.

I like the work outs with non words so I can , well for me anyway, get into it more!!
