  • We use it in place of other vinegars while cooking and to make our own salad dressing. It doesn't assist in weight loss but a doctor did suggest it to me as a means to cut back on sugar cravings and acid reflux.

  • I believe Sport Stores like Modell's, Sport Authority, or Dick's would have the non-expensive ones that you latch to you pants that aren't too expensive. I would recommend checking out those stores/sites and seeing if there's anything you like.

What you could do is take the calories from the almond butter and divide it amongst all your meals so you're not just cutting down one meal.
