So I'm on day four of the BeFiT summer shape-up and I'm loving it so far! Anyone want to do it with me?

    This looks interesting! Do you do all of these videos every day or is it one video per day?

    It's one video per day, and I think on the first video they have a link to a calendar that shows you which video to do each day.

    Just finished day five! I'm going on vacation so we'll see if I manage to work out during that time (probably not...) but I'll be back to this asap!
