  • I feel the same way. I have some that respond but only on certain things I post. And I have others who respond more frequently. I tend to not sign in on weekends but am religious usually Mon-Fri.   • I drink Sprite Zero just a few times a week to wake up my taste buds because water can get old. I did hear that if it has aspartame in it then it could be bad for you. So maybe every other day just so you don't go crazy craving it. Hope it all works out for you

  • I don't drink any sodas at all have been soda free for going on 3 years. I drink lots of water anywhere between 8-15 glasses a day. However since I take a multivitamin my urine isn't clear, it's a bright neon color. I was told nothing past 20 glasses but who knows with water.
