good! go low carb. meat, sweet potatoes, spinach. as the lady above me said, its calorie deficit. when i went to Malta i lost 9 pounds by eating chicken nuggets, french fries (only once or twice a day, it was too hot) and drinking 12 tequila shots every night. still a deficit

it is challenging and not sustainable without always wanting to eat. even for small girls like me. i kind of HAVE to eat less because i burn less calories than people who weight more, but thank god i'm tall. once i reach my goal weight i'm gonna try and have 1700 calories a day.

i'm the same. sister, suck it up, and fit it in your calories. eat soups, salads and lean protein all day so you have 400-500 calories just for chocolate. (totally worth it)
