Getting on a machine to find it sweaty. Using the mats and finding they are sweaty. Picking up weights to find they are sweaty. Do people not know how to wipe?! I bet their underwear is a right state!

My net is 1510 and i actually find it hard to reach sometimes, especially on my exercise days! I find i eat a lot of low calorie food which means i can eat more of it and thus stay full for longer. If i do find that i am still hungry i have a glass of water, wait 20-30mins and if im still hungry, i eat. There is no point…

No loss last week. Very dissapointed after being at the gym 5 days out of 7! Hoping to make up for it this week!

Dont beat your self up about it. Do whatever it was you where doing before but this time Make the time to go to the gym and pack yourself a lunch if ther are no healthy options available. Most of all enjoy what your doing! :flowerforyou:

Keep at it! I think you will start seeing some changes over the next month. You body is adjusting to the change from constart cardio to weights. The fact taht you are lifting heavier each week is a great start! :smile:

I go to a Body attack class 4 times a week. Two hour long classes and tewo 45 minute classes. I also do squats, lunges, crunches etc when i can fit them in :)

I used to be quite hung up on my weight but now as long as i lose the love handle and the jelly belly i'll be happy no matter what i weigh:smile: Reaching my goal weight would be awesome though :bigsmile:

Bump. I hope someone has some advice for you :) I wouldnt reccomend going below 1200. Id eat arond 1400-1600 then do 400cals worth of exercise?

Try getting in some easy calories: Peanut butter Nuts Fruit Homemade fruit smoothies & Milkshakes Milk If your not hungry then adding things like this into your meals should help get your calories up. Best of luck.

You definitely need to be eating those exercise calories back so that you net calorie intake is more than your BMR
