1st week of Slimming World

Ahhh soo happpy! Ive gained weight every week since last year, and its only now that ive lost. I started slimming world last week, alls ive done is followed the food plan, drink 8 glasses of water a day, and ive gone for a few long walks and done a bit of jogging, and some zumba on the wii :)

Sooo, if anyone is thinking of joining slimming world - then do it!!!! Probably the best thing ive ever done! And it really makes me think twice about what foods i eat :smile:
