  • I just eat the same crunchy things I was eating before like cheez-its, tortilla chips, pretzels, etc. I just eat one serving of them instead of 10 at once!!! :)
  • I lost every pound of my weight doing TDEE minus 20%. I'm currently 5'6" 150 lbs lift heavy 3-4 x a week and cardio 6 days a week and I eat MINIMUM 1850 calories a day. To lose right now, I'd eat 1650 a day but make sure I NET at least 1200. So if I did a 10 mile run or something like that, I'd be eating close to 2500…
  • Uhhh yeah - running didn't DIRECTLY make me lose my boobs, but running helped aid in the loss of close to 70 lbs which made my 40DD's into 32Ds (even though it's only one cup size, I have NO boobs left. Even though they are D's, it's mostly saggy skin that won't fit into a B or C cup LOL
  • I agree with what everyone said here about, "If you want it, fit it into your calories" HOWEVER. I will say this - I am down about 70 lbs. I'm at maintenance. I didn't cut ONE SINGLE THING out of my life or diet when I started this EXCEPT fast food. For me, my three food weaknesses that I refuse to EVER give up are: 1:…
  • I gained 5 on vacation. It was gone within 10 days. As PP said, it's mostly water weight from all the ****ty food you ate :) No worries!
  • I listen to the same stuff I always listen to - Today's Country Radio on Pandora I don't eat or drink a thing. I get up, put on my workout stuff and go. Eat when I get home.
  • There's a reason that VS bikinis only look good on people with VS Model bodies ;) C'mon girl!!!! I want to take you shopping!!! :) :)
  • You can find it on eBay SO much cheaper than dept store sites!!!! BUY IT!!!! IT'S HAWT!!!! :)
  • Oh, and here are two other options for you. I own both of these. One piece suits, but INCREDIBLY FREAKING SEXY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I hate hate hate "mom tankinis" and refuse to wear them. I feel hot as hell in both of them even though they're 1 pieces! Robin Piccone's Penelope Swimsuit: And Miraclesuit's…
  • Hey no problem! You've got a GREAT shape there, just need to pick the right suit to flatter it. Killer curves like you have require that your top of your bottom band be right below where you are the smallest so that you show off that hourglass you've got there :) I've had some good luck finding the Anne Cole suits at TJ…
  • Ok here are the 3 that I'm sporting this summer (and the very first time in my life I've EVER worn a 2 piece) All fuller cut bottoms!!! I do not agree that a size up on the bottoms will work for you - they're simply too low of a rise for your shape. Try something like these: The bottoms are Anne Cole Brand, La Blanca…
  • Top looks great. You need a fuller cut bottom. The bottom is not flattering at all. You are SO tiny right above your belly bottom - you have a nice hourglass figure. Those look like junior bottoms. Those don't look good on most people unless you have a totally flat stomach. Look for a bottom that comes up to about 1" below…
  • You can't target. The weight is going to come off how it wants to come off. The only place I still have a lot of fat left is my stomach. You can see my ribs though when I stretch up. (which I hate!) And no, weights aren't for after. Weights are for the entire process - you will actually burn more calories and shape your…
  • Hope all this helped you!! Let us know if you have questions and good luck - you can do this! :) 1200/day "Diets" don't work and they aren't sustainable. This is your new you, your new life....eat to sustain your body!
  • Or yeah - what they said ^^ ;)
  • You are NOT eating enough I lost 70 lbs using hte TDEE minus 20% method. I started at 216 lbs, so not that far off from you. The more you weigh, the more you need to eat to lose. www.fat2fitradio.com Enter all the info but keep your Current and GOAL weights the SAME! (Yes, the same, trust me) You're going to redo it every…
  • Who are you doing this for? Them or you? If you are heavy to begin with, then no, no one will notice for a while because heavy is heavy.. I was 70 lbs overweight and no one noticed a single pound until I hit 35 lbs lost :) Who cares? I was over the moon pleased with MYSELF and I could tell a difference. That's what matters!
  • HELL YES!!!!!!!!!!!! Older men are the best. ABSOLUTE best. I'm 37. I LOVE men in theirs 50s When I was in my 20s I mostly dated 40+
  • I started by calculating based off SEDENTARY - 20% hands down worked every time. And I was STILL using that even though I was working out 6-7 hours a week religiously. Once I got to like the last 20 lbs, I switched to the lightly active - 20%
  • Halfway between 1 and 2. I'm thinking 140 would be perfection for you No way on #3
  • YES YES YES THIS!! You need to NET 1200, not eat 1200. And honestly, the heavier you are, the more you need to eat to start to lose. When I was 216 lbs, I had to eat 1950/day to lose weight. When I ate less, I lost nothing. I used the TDEE minus 20% method for every single pound lost. Now I'm 148 and can eat 1650 to lose…
  • NOPE!!! I sweat like BEAST! Did at 216 lbs and still do at 147!!! I'm a head sweater big time. It only takes like 10 minutes and my hair is COMPLETELY soaked like I just took a shower. Who cares? You're at the gym. You're supposed to sweat. Just make sure you hydrate well!!
  • I ALWAYS lost more eating my TDEE minus 20%. ALWAYS. I would up your calories At 216 lbs I had to eat like 1900/day to lose 1.5/week I'm now about 146 and I eat 1900-2000/day to maintain and would eat 1650 to lose more if I wanted. EAT! The more you weigh, the more you need to eat to lose. That was my experience at least.…
  • Tell her NO WAY. I've lost almost 70 lbs. I had an amazing hourglass figure before and I still have it. I LOVE my curves and I haven't lost them now that I'm at a healthy BMI :)
  • FIRE. YOUR. TRAINER. STAT.
  • I lost 70 lbs using TDEE and always logged what my HRM told me I burned. I could just do the math in my head and not eat back all the exercise calories. I always net 1200 anyway so sometimes I DID have to eat back some
