  • I made this a few weeks ago (without the zucchini, because I didn't have any), and it was amazing!! It also freezes well. I divided it up into individual serving sizes and put in freezer bags. When I have extra calories, I add Flamin' Hot Fritos and a little sour cream for Frito Pie and it's absolutely wonderful!! :happy:

  • At least once a day. Usually twice, sometimes 3 times. I'm a little obsessed! :bigsmile: By weighing daily, I feel encouraged if the scale is going down and determined if it is going up! Officially, I weigh in once a week, though.

  • Makes sense to me! Good music keeps me going twice as long! Today when my first C25K was over, I was a little sad because I wasn't ready to stop.

I keep telling him that I would be more likely to be shot in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Stockton than in Cancun, MX. I'm from TX but moved to NorCal (south of Stockton) a couple of years ago.   • Yesterday I decided the same thing because I never get enough iron or calcium in my diet. I just picked up the CVS brand Multivitamin for Women. It is on sale for buy 1 get 1 FREE this week. Great deal!

  • I am 5'5" and currently weigh 143. A size 10 pant fits perfectly and I still wear a L top.
  • Yum, looks delicious! We are having Tomato Pie http://simplyrecipes.com/recipes/tomato_pie/ Not terribly healthy (ended up at about 450 calories the way I cooked it), but sounded so good, I had to try it!
  • My mom mixes it with Pace Picante Sauce. I just like it straight out of the container! If you have never tried Knudsen brand (or Breakstone, depending on what part of the country you live in), you should give it a try. I didn't like cottage cheese until I tried Knudsen. It is so YUMMY!

  • Yes, the bay area is a bit costly. I actually live in the central valley (south of Sacramento, east of San Francisco), where the cost of living isn't as high as the bay, but we are close enough to everything to enjoy it all. The higher price of gas and groceries is so worth it to enjoy everything else CA has to offer.
  • California!! The bay area near San Francisco is amazing. Weather is perfect year round. Tahoe, Yosemite and Napa are all very close. I've only lived here for 2 years, but I don't ever want to leave!
