I would like to try this.....and I will do the sissy pushups too but they still work. The only problem I have is the situps....I can't seem to them right does anyone have any suggestions? :smile:

HI my name is Denae. I have just returned to MFP since my coworker left. Her and I did this together so I agree that you need people to motivate you and keep you going. I am glad to be part of this group and hope that I can be a motivator to someone.

I plan to lose 8 lbs by March 17th. One of my goals is to tone up my body and increase my exercise time to 5 days a week 30 minutes a day. 1/13/ to 1/19 SW 140.0 GW is 132.0

You have done a great job so far, don't give up!!! I know its hard I joined a gym with my bf and we went for the first month and then it just fizzled out. But my doctor said to me that everyone has the own way to exercise and she found the gym wasn't it. I just exercise at home and go to the gym when I can make the time…

I don't know what to say. I am in the same boat. When I turned 45 my body started changing, tired, bloating, and weight gain mostly in the belly. It is harder to lose the weight but so far 4.5 lbs into it I hope that I can keep motivated. If you find some answers please share as I will with you. Thanks
