  • I just finished 5 1/2 miles with my daughter. I didn't think I'd make it but I did! Just started back running about 3 months ago and just started back with my logging on MFP this week. I can tell a BIG difference! Everyone have a great weekend.

  • I would think it is different for each individual. I've been up for 2 hours now and just finished my breakfast. When I first got up I had to have a cup of two of coffee before I hit the treadmill for 4 miles and then ate after a cool down.   • That sounds like alot to me! My main focus used to me on weight training but I've switched to cardio primarily. I still do light weight training or similar 2-3 times a week and I try to walk or jog some everyday.

  • I just try to find the closest thing on our food list. I figure being off on my calorie count once in a while isn't going to sink my ship when I'm pretty accurate most of the time. Have fun! :flowerforyou:
  • I'm with you on the fiber. I'm doing likewise and I too love Kashi products. Another product that I've mentioned before with the fiber benefits is the Fiber One bars. YUM!!!!!
  • When I'm craving something sweet I go for either a Fiber One bar by General Mills (I like all three flavors although I'm partial to the chocolate) or the Jello Pudding De Luce Snack Pack.

  • I don't think that sounds like alot. There are so many benefits from eating apples that I wouldn't care if they were more than that! Anytime you can eat whole foods it is better.

  • My excuse lately when I have had a bad day is the weather. I believe there are highs & lows connected with everything. You will have easier days. I can do all things through God who gives me strength!
