Hey I'm going to weight in too. Mine doesn't vibrate or anything but it's a true fitness tracker. It will automatically track your sleep based on movement which I like. I just got it yesterday and so far so good. It's a tracker/coach and I haven't had a chance to ckeck out all the features yet but I'm going to try my first…

I just found this thread. I hoop too. I had no idea what to log it as to I just don't bother logging it. But I have 3 different hoops. one of them is a kids hoop that was purchased at wal-mart or whatever. It's ok but it has water in it and when you are trying to learn tricks that becomes very frustrating as the water is…

I was sort of thinking the same thing actually. Running may not be a good fit for you if you hate doing it :-/ I get bored as hell with running... So I just recently started riding my bike to work. I figure a car runs on money and makes you fat while riding your bike runs on fat and saves you money :-P

I'm really glad that I found this thread :-D I just started riding my bike to work yesterday. I have a 2.5 mile ride to work from the house and have found all of these tips super helpful. I live in Atlanta and work at an airline headquarters. I go to work at 1pm and ride home at 11:30pm. I think my office has a shower on…

I agree. I don't think there is any one "set" diet that works for everyone. I eat mostly Paleo because I like the energy it gives me and it makes my skin look great. It even mellows out my psoriasis a bit which is nice. Eating paleo has been around for literally thousands of years...... which I think by definition makes it…

I ve a job where I get up at BS O'clock in the morning too... it sucks. Anyways I always try to make something that "grab and go" for the morning. Boiled eggs and pre cut fruit are staples for me. When I'm feeling ambitious I make a healthy version of Crepes which I use egg white, tapioca starch and coconut oil in place of…

I've had mine for over 2 years now and I'm in love with it. I agree with other posters though you really can't overpack the cup and make sure you have plenty of liquid. I use water or if I'm feeling frisky Green Tea. But I use mine for way more stuff as well. I make pineapple fluff that I found on pinterest and it's…

I'm doing paleo as well. Not super strict with it myself but I keep pretty good control of it... here are a few resources I love -Nerd Fitness... they are amazing. And if you're a nerd in real life... well... you will love it even more -Speaking of NF they have an app called Paleo Central (the icon is a caveman scratching…

Have you ever tried making your own Beef Jerky? It"s my go to snack when I know healthy options won't be available. I make it so often I actually bought a dehydrator and I'm in love with it... you can get a decent one on amazon for about 50-60 USD. I'm not too sure what that converts to in South Africa but look into it. I…

I've used Water, Green Tea, Banas and apples as my base all depending on if I want it creamy or not. Like another poster said I usually just take a look in the fridge adn see what I have them come up with whatever. I think my fave so far is a carrot Cake one I did 1 large carrot 1/2 frozen banana tsp-tbsp of fresh ginger…
