Oh no it's completely my own fault lol, it was a motivation downfall haha but I'm going strong now so I'm going to make my goal weight this time :) I just did a conversion to check & 170cm is 5'6 & 175cm is 5'7! :) Maybe you have shrunk! Haha

Omg I hate the squeeze, makes my butt go numb but I guess that's a good thing! I know alot of people are saying with weights and if you can do. But if you want to do body weight squats I was doing this program and my butt and legs were noticeably more toned by the third week. My boyfriends best friend commented on my legs…

I'm already doing the 200 squats challenge (I'm currently doing about 100 broken into sets) but can I join in this group :D I want to get it completed by March too. I've got 10 days left in my program (minus rest days) and then I could sit on 200 until day 23 and bump up to 250 with you guys :DDD

Get a pair of 2XU tights. They are AMAZING. I put them on when I first started my weight loss and I was like, stuff losing weight, I'll just wear these all the time and look like I have muscles! I find when you first get them the sizing is a little tight but it means when you lose weight they last longer which is worth it…
