Yeah....only syncing my yoga, walking, strength and walking. Also no syncing any of my higher impact or high calorie burn. If I call my aerobic workouts "dance" it may sync, but that seems pretty random and not really accurate. Too frustrating.

I've done the squat challenge and the plank challenge as well as another one. These are all added to my existing 6-days/week exercise routine. If your instructor has talked to you about it and thinks you can do it, than do it! We have instructors at our center who are various ages included a couple of them who are over 50. The oldest one at our center is 84!! I adore her. She comes in all made up and wearing some chunky jewelry some days too. :) I always say it's these women I strive to be when I am older. Really, all of the women at Jazzercise are so beautiful. :)

Our center has about 20 different instructors and I go 5 or 6 times a week. I just love having different sets all of the time. I don't believe in "cheat days." I eat what I want and track it. Sometimes it's more calories than I should take in, but I count them just the same.

I wondered the same thing. Perhaps someone needs to just start the squat challenge....I think that as what everyone agreed to do. I've been doing it for a few weeks so was going to wait for the next one challenge.
