I work out 5 - 6 days per week. The key for me is waking up at a stupid early hour and going before work. That way if I have a hard day I don't have to worry about skipping a gym session. I started with 30 DS then I moved on to Burn fat boost metabolism and No more trouble zones. I am currently doing turbo fire and it is my favorite. The calorie burn is ridiculous, and it is actually fun.

Try veggie burgers, beefless tips (can be found in the frozen food section at Winn-Dixie or Publix), greek yogurt, hummus, quioa and beans. If you start adding these items to your diet the hunger will be on the run. Good luck!

I'm in the same situation. My lunch is scheduled for 10:30am. This morning I had a kashi blueberry waffle and a banana. Yesterday I had a nectarine. Sometimes a slice of Ezekial Cinnamon Raisin bread or yogurt. Always something I can eat in the car. Good luck!

Are you all serious? Give the lady a break. 1 meter and 68 cm or 5 feet and 5 inches. I find that when I eat healthy within my calorie goals the carbs stay at a healthy level as well. Track your calories, and you will lose the weight. Good luck.

In my opinion I don't think it it possible. A lot of success stories have a lot to do with losing inches. I believe that 30DS is a good warm up to other more intense videos that may have a better chance of getting you to lose 20 pounds in that short amount of time. I hope this helps.
