I have a Walkman w274. It's just a headset. It's simple. It doesn't need to connect to anything. It's waterproof. I also use it while running or during my daily travels or I'm working outside, etc. I don't think they make this model anymore, so I can't vouch for whatever Sony is doing now.

It depends on your goals and what sort of schedule you'd like to set up for yourself. There's no reason why you can't combine DDP Yoga with other things. Personally, I'd do DDP Yoga later in the day/evening after doing my lifting or running in the morning. You could also schedule more of an alternating approach (ie do yoga…

I completed the story for Grand Kingdom. I'm not finished with the game, but I technically completed the main story.

Koda's currently trying to fill in as mommy for some stray kittens who tragically died yesterday.

I don't tell people what they should or shouldn't do with their bodies. It's none of my business. I will say that hair shaming seems like a slippery slope.

I aim for the part of the day with the best weather, so if it's hot, I'm going as early as possible.

Bluffton sucks!* *Not serious.

If you have any questions, feel free to post them in this group. I try to check it at least once per day.

The Witcher 3: Blood & Wine. Sure, there are about a million more things I could do with the game, but I completed the story line.

Well, the Advanced program throws you into Below the Belt during the second week and Diamond Cutter by week four. Since you could modify anything that proved too challenging, I don't see any harm in jumping ahead. I gave up on Diamond Dozen and Energy quite early on (due to not feeling challenged) and I wasn't exactly in…

DDP Yoga's a good program, at least in regard to the workouts. I'm not a fan of the meal plan, because it eliminates a bunch of things that I don't feel are necessary to remove. DDP's stances on things like gluten, dairy and GMO's aren't anything that I'd endorse. Still, the workouts are good. They did wonders for my…

If you're comfortable doing the movements, there's no harm in jumping ahead. Diamond Dozen is simply about teaching you some of the main movements and Energy is rather simple. Fat Burner's not difficult either (though it adds push-ups, which are a problem for some people). I say go for it. The worst that can happen is that…

Keep working on it. Everyone starts somewhere. I imagine you'll make rapid improvements in this area.

I'd say you're fine. Inverted rows were my primary use of the Smith machine. I do shrugs in there once in a while, and can't say I've noticed a difference.

It's a good workout. I found the best parts of it to be the increased flexibility and balance.

I skipped the nutrition plan completely, as I saw no reason to cut the food groups it cuts. There's a DDP Yoga Group here on MFP. It's not particularly active, but it's easier to answer questions there (given the large amounts of activity on this board that makes missing posts easy).…

That's how progression works. The system got me to 100 push-ups in one go. You're not going to be able to do a lot of reps at something at once without doing a lot of reps. It's the same reason why I'm pumping out 50+ pull-ups during trips to the gym in an attempt to hit 20 at once.

I can't imagine deadlifts being any more dangerous than squats, bench press or pretty much any other lift.

How is anyone supposed to speculate on recovery time for an injury with no actual diagnosis? "Knee injury" could literally fall anywhere from a mild sprain that could heal in a few days to a total tear of everything that might take years.

Find a beginner program and run with it. Plenty of them work. No, you don't need to switch sets every few weeks. That's absurd. Just pick a program and do what it tells you to do.

Villain.

I actually did the same thing. I'd fallen off the yoga bandwagon for a long time, but picked it back up last week. I'm still trying to figure out the proper balance with lifting and running, but I'll get there. Thanks for the tooting.

Good call. This isn't the most active group, but if you have any questions, I'm sure someone will answer them.

A loss in range of motion sounds normal with many injuries. I had terrible range of motion after I broke my ankle. It's a slow, often irritating process, but I imagine it will get better over time. I wouldn't advise doing anything without your doctor signing off on it. You have time to recover. Trying to rush things might…

This was an amazing Necro.

I bench or squat first depending on the day, as it tends to be downhill from there. I'd say that I deadlift first, but I sometimes squat and deadlift on the same day. In that case, I'd rather squat first.

On that note...

I never heard of it.

This topic isn't as much fun as I'd hoped. I second the idea to wear superhero themed items.

I skipped the nutrition plan entirely.
