There's a DDP Yoga group on MFP, but it's not very active. That being said, you'll still have better luck posting there than on the general board in most cases. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/8876-ddp-yoga-group

Honestly, the group's never been all that active. I used to at least check it a few times a week, but I had some issues that put MFP on the back burner for a couple of months (which is why I didn't respond sooner).

That's great. Keep up the good work!

C25K is a fantastic approach to running, but it's not going to magically make running "fun" or anything that ambitious.

I consider a decent time to be anything better than my last one.

I physically can't work out ALL of the time. Most forms of cardio (especially gym machine cardio) is mind numbingly dull. Lifting is better. Therefore, I find cardio a chore. I'll do cardio in the gym (especially lacking better options at that moment), but I've never enjoyed it. That's pretty much the definition of boring.

I did the 100 push-ups challenge once.

It's probably more accurate to go with power yoga or something similar, if you're looking for accuracy. That being said, if you log it as regular yoga, there's no way you're going to overestimate your caloric burn. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/8876-ddp-yoga-group

I need to warm up, but I really don't feel like it. Should I anyway? Is it really necessary? Fine, I'll warm up. Stop judging me. I spend most of my time between sets complaining in my head about the utter inability of people to pick up after themselves and/or debating whether it's even worse when they do "put things away"…
-
It will take time, but it's doable. It's all about building strength, technique and repetition.
-
Just be careful that you don't overestimate your burn. That can be a serious issue if you then eat back all of your exercise calories. That's more of a general workout tip as opposed to something specific to DDP Yoga.

I've observed it appear to help cats with urinary tract issues.

People aren't really required to behave around anyone else in a certain way. Some people at the gym talk to me (or even acknowledge my existence). Other don't. I have zero expectations of how people I don't know should react when I enter a room. Do you get upset when people at the store don't want to hang out either?

The workout program is fantastic. I found the diet portion to be rather bro-science-y and easily ignored. Parts of the community are nutty fanatics, but that happens with every group.
-
Maybe they're not actually looking AT you, but when you suddenly glance toward them, they freak out and look away.

After completing the story for World of Final Fantasy, I moved on to some Dragon Quest Builders. I'm all for these weird, hybrid games.

255 lbs x 20 on the bench this week.

Four Plate Bench.

I ask myself what Dom would do.* *I really don't.
-
I find something else to do as a substitute. The only exception is the bench press. If all of those are taken, I'll physically move everyone out of my way.* *Probably not serious, unless I am.

I can't help because we're already friends.

It looks brilliant to me. I wish my gym had one.

Chest Day w/ some Shoulder work. I'm working toward testing 1RM next week, so it was a heavy day.

Some form of yoga? I eventually took up DDP Yoga following my ankle surgery. It was virtually a life saver. I also agree that elipticals and biking are low impact (a little dull, but they work).
-
The workouts range from under twenty minutes to just over an hour. They start off relatively easy (with modifications to make most things easier/harder depending on the individual). They're highly flexible workouts. You never really need to move further than you can reach at any given time, so space shouldn't be an issue.

I side with Squirrel Girl.

Yes, that sounds like an accurate explanation of what you're supposed to do.

I guess there hasn't been much Ohio-centric stuff to talk about recently.

I have a Walkman w274. It's just a headset. It's simple. It doesn't need to connect to anything. It's waterproof. I also use it while running or during my daily travels or I'm working outside, etc. I don't think they make this model anymore, so I can't vouch for whatever Sony is doing now.
