Walking to the fridge is a great workout. Very satisfying.

No; don't do it. Running is awful.
-
Trail Runner Nation. If you're into that sort of thing.

Running my first ultra in spring. Which will actually be my first organized race; trying to make myself be more social. @FatMoojor I would be very annoyed to have another runner talk incessantly to me while trying to enjoy the race. You were polite about it, I might have tripped them "on accident". LOL

Snot rockets are fun.

Kind of sick over here. Ran two before I decided I can stop and not feel bad about it. 13.5/90

More pet pics, love them all! Our four legged friends seem to have highjacked the October challenge. ☺️ @shanaber Haha! #ishitinthewoods mostly in Ohio and Indiana. @mwyvr shouldn't worry about me messing up his Merrells. Beautiful picture though, Bob Ross would love those clouds!!

Respecting the rest day overe here. @mwyvr Are you able to identify Sasquatch scat?
-
@mwyvr So glad you're feeling better! Don't over do it this week, no matter what Kady tells you. Willow and I will be cheering you on from Ohio!
-
@dennie24 Your little running partner is adorable! Great pic!

Oops... 11.5/90

Did a super lazy three miles with Willow today. Sniff and run. I'm ready for a rest day tomorrow, and shocked that I'm saying that. @shanaber Hobbes looks right at home on the trail! @Elise4270 Your poor thighs, ouch! @kristinegift You've got some good friends; nice of them to come and support and super nice to make sure…

Loving all the animal pictures!! @ceckhardt369 Willow is part beagle, only met the mom, dad was a mystery, but I'm pretty sure he was a lab. She acts all beagle! Very scatterbrained! Your crew looks like a great bunch! I got five very wet miles in on the trails today. Takes me to 8.5/90.

@ACSL3 Thanks! Her name is Willow. Ten year old beagladore. @skippygirlsmom Isn't it fantastic?! Lol. @Elise4270 We need some cat pics.....

@patrikc333 Run,eat, walk, sleep is the recipe for a happy life.

@jtarmom That is most definitely frame worthy!

@jtarmom Melanies FTW! Must be something with the name, making us all runners! @melanien72

Rubber to the mud.

I'm in for 90!

@fiddletime Christmas presents already?! You're on top of it! Sounds like a nice gift. @tmbg1 That's definitely an NSV!

I've been diagnosed as being hypermobile, suspected of having EDS, and have some other mystery autoimmune stuff going on. Had to quit doing patient care (worked in ER and with dementia patients) as I kept getting hurt and not even always realizing it at the time. I run regularly though and do some strength training, and…

I'm in for what's left of this month and October. I've cut back the past few months from heavy drinking on the regular to some moderation but am choosing now just to go without. Makes life simpler. Alcohol encourages flares from an autoimmune disease I live with, disrupts my run schedule, and more often than not leads to…

3.5 yesterday. Past couple of runs I have noticed some tenderness near/behind the outside of my left ankle. It's actually a little swollen, but not a real nuisance when walking. I'm guessing it's from overuse due to increase in miles (June was around 50, July was 88.5). I'm going to rest it today and tomorrow, see how it…

Holy guacamole, there is so much going on in here! Fantastic! I'll have to comeback and play catch up later after I get some studying done, but at least wanted to get my miles posted in quick. I have seven from yesterday and three today to add. Takes me to 20.5/90. Happy running everyone, have a great Thursday! "Success…

Sitting outside and enjoying an IPA after my second run for the month. I've got 10.5/90 completed. Went back to the dense and mosquito-filled trail today. I know they're bad everywhere, but at this particular trail I dread even having to pause long enough to tie a shoe. Yay Black Swamp...... Because I love this group so…

90 sounds good. Being wary of increasing my mileage too fast, June had been right around 50 and in July I jumped up to 80 plus.
