^^^This^^^ I totally agree - from a purely caloric point as long as I'm within my calorie goal I'm good. Don't get me wrong, I typically choose healthy options BUT if I want a slice of pizza or cake or a chocolate bar I will eat it - for me, denying myself food I enjoy will lead me to failure. The most important thing I've…

LOL...agreed!!!

Congrats!!! I finished the shred on May 1 and was impressed by the results!! I wish I took before/after pics!

I love it. It's a lot of fun - and like a previous post said - before you know it, you're done!

This^^^ Congrats on the weight loss! What an AMAZING accomplishment!!!

I had a friend who was a size 00 or 0 - she looked great...she had a really petite frame and did not look sickly. Me on the other hand? I have curves/hips and a butt that I could never squeeze into a size 0 - not that I would want too...it wouldn't look good on me...my ideal size is an 8/9

not sure why the pic didn't come up on my original post...but he's GORGEOUS!!! (michael ealy)

You look awesome!! I just did day 1 on level 2 -- your results give me motivation to keep going!! Congrats :)

My weight hasn't budged - but I went from 161 - 158 in 4 weeks. AND I've got noticeable inches lost. No complaints here! :)

A co-worker of mine tried the detox. She said the shakes were thick and hard to choke down. One of the "lunch/dinner" shakes was green and she said it had a horrible taste. Her detox lasted 1.5 days - by the end of day 2 she needed a real meal.
-
Thanks for taking care of this :)

Totally agree - some people want (and expect) results NOW (me included!) It's so important to realize this should be a lifelong change/commitment. It shouldn't feel like work or be something you hate - it should be a lifestyle choice.

I've never done the 30 day shred - I was doing Hip Hop Abs and thought I would add Brazil Butt Lift. Brazil Butt Lift is SERIOUS...I was exhausted by the end of the 30 mins.
-
Totally agree with this list - number 4 is an important one for me too!

Current weight 159.1 lbs. Weight loss of 1.9 lbs in a little over a week. So happy....it's amazing how my eating changed (and the foods I decided to eliminate like Coke etc) when I started actually tracking what I ate!
-
I did: -Fat burning cardio/5 min butt workout and 5 minute ab sculpt (All Hip Hop Abs videos - worked out to about 40 mins) -10 mins on the stationary bike
-
Even though I didn't get the chance to do a proper cardio workout - I also didn't blow my weekend by eating a lot of junk. I was able to stay on track for once!
-
I feel the same way - I love being able to motivate others and being motivated by others at the same time. Awesome post :)

Friend request sent to both of you :) Anyone can feel free to add me too!
