Biggest loser is AWSOME! Really good work outs on there and good fun too. I'm looking into zumba too at the moment I've tried the demo and it looks really good.

I love to read pretty much anything I can get my hands on & I enjoy writing I write short stories, poetry and fanfiction. I also love playing with my 3 year old daughter :smile:

I admitted to my failings last week and resolved to start a fresh and ate healthily at both breakfast and lunch (hopefully dinnfer will be on track too hehe). Good post, love it :)

I don't to be honest. I'm so uncoordinated I find it really frustrating when I can't keep up with what they are doing & I can't just think of it being fun & what not I want to be able to do it all correctly or I get really mad :laugh:

I have a "fat picture" on my cupoard door & I also have a magnet that says "nothing tastes as good as being slim feels" on my fridge. As for extras I don't drive so I walk pretty much everywhere & I tend to alternate rooms when doing housework so that I use the stairs more!

it's set as lightly active as I waitress but also am at college so spend a lot of time sitting in lectures!

Thanks for your imput. I'm not finding it toooo difficult to stick to especially when I have a lot of exercise calories to eat back but I'm just getting a bit impatient that I'm not losing as much weight as I would like. That's probably just me being silly though!

BMI is currently 26.8 & my goal is set at 1.5lb loss per week I think.

normally about 5-8. A few occasions it has been much higher (maximum was 18) and that was after eating out.

Hey, just to put my 2 pennys worth in. I'm 5"8 & aiming for 138lbs which is lower than I've ever been before & it's still only just in the middle of my BMI. The smallest I've ever been was around 145 & I felt tiny then. I was a size 10 (uk) and I think if I went much below that I'd look very strange as I have big hips &…

Had to take a few days off due to illness :( however starting it again tomorrow. Will technically be my day 8 but I may start at day 1 again not sure yet. Well done to everyone who has stuck with it!

EAT. Eat eat eat.. Have a minimum of 1200 keeps your body healthy & not in "starvation mode". I'm not saying eat junk but try to have bigger meals or snack on nuts, dried fruit etc- good stuff that bumps up your cals. (Obviously if it's only a few it doesn't matter too much just 100s under when you have to worry)

Going to do day 7 today. May step up to level 2 but I'm scaaaaaaaared! eeeek. Had my first weigh in since starting & lost 2lbs :drinker: Haven't done my measurements yet but I'll let you know if there's any change. Keep up the good work everyone!

How's everyone going? I'm just about to do day 6 level 1. Soooo scared about going on to level 2!! What do you find hardest? I am not good at the first lot of cardio (star jumps & jump ropes) and also push ups! Eeeek.
